Explanation

Working days (jours ouvrables) run from Monday to Saturday. Converted into working days from Monday to Friday (jours ouvrés), 30 jours ouvrables correspond to 25 days. During non-occupational sick leave, accrual is limited to 2 days per month (Labour Code, L3141-3 et seq.).
